Right-away service requests accepted
Trips can be scheduled anytime between 6am and 6pm – 7days
Advanced reservations accepted up to 7 days in advance
Passenger pays only $5 for each trip up to 8 miles
Passenger pays only $2.90 for each mile over 8 miles
All passenger trips must both begin and end in the service area — destinations beyond the service area will not be accepted

You MUST reside in the following cities/towns to access this service:

Clinton, Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook and Westbrook

Encompass will soon be expanding into the following areas:
